وظيفة ممثل خدمة عملاء (Customer Service Representative) - بنك مصر

مطلوب حديثي التخرج من دفعات (2022 - 2023 - 2024) للعمل بجميع أنحاء الجمهورية.

📋 الشروط المطلوبة (Requirements):

• خريجو دفعات (2022 / 2023 / 2024).
• درجة البكالوريوس من أي جامعة معتمدة بتقدير عام جيد على الأقل.
• الخبرة: من 0 إلى 3 سنوات.
• السن: 28 سنة كحد أقصى.
• متاحة في جميع أنحاء مصر (Across Egypt).
• ألا يكون لديه أقارب في بنك مصر (No Relatives at Banque Misr).

📌 المهام الوظيفية (Job Description):

• Serve customers by completing account transactions.
• Execute a variety of transactions (accepting payments, cashing checks, checking balances, transferring funds).
• Ensure cash drawer is balanced with settlement sheets and handle shortages/overages.
• Resolve customer issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Identify sales and growth opportunities through disciplined processes.
• Achieve targeted branch plans and direct customers to electronic banking services.
